OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Beautiful Kennebec Lake, 20 minutes west of Sharbot Lake, Ont. Fabulous family cottage.
Southern exposure, pristine water; great swimming; sandy shore; gradual incline and deep off the end of the dock
for diving. Good fishing for pickerel, bass and pike. Excellent well water. Comfortable living room, eat in kitchen;
large table (seating for 8), 2 sunrooms, deck, large new dock with ladder, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, stove,
2 refrigerators, ceiling fans. Flat lawn area behind cottage for games etc.
Easy access to Hwy. #7 and Sharbot Lake area, groceries, medical center, bait stores, near Springwood Resort
for additional activities. Kennebec is in the Land O'Lakes area and is a great lake for swimming, fishing
and boating. The cottage is well situated away from quiet private road. Sit back and relax in a Muskoka
chair on the deck or dock; lots of family games available; play cards in the sun room. A great place to relax
and enjoy summer.
