Owners Description: Location: Colpoy's Bay - 3 minute drive from Wiarton and 25 minute drive from Sauble Beach.
There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, and a Jacuzzi tub, with high end in appliances and
furnishings, a large screen television and two other sets and regulation size slate pool table. There are
two natural gas fireplaces to add to your enjoyment.
Sit on the wrap around deck that has a wrought iron railing to keep children safe.
Outdoors: Set on a manicured grass lawn with the privacy of cedar hedges, this property
is on a hill overlooking the bay. There is an outdoor fire-pit for those evening bonfires.
