OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Lovely, lake front, TWO 3-bedroom cottages, with 2 bedroom bunkie in the middle, nestled
among towering pines on Riley Lake.* Each cottage sleeps 6+. Fully equipped kitchens, indoor plumbing, hot/cold
water, TV & VCR/DVD, Gas BBQ. One cottage and the bunkie has screened in porches while the other has a
sunroom to watch the Muskoka sunsets.
Large dock and separate deck at waters edge. Rocky shoreline with some sandy areas. Each cottage Includes
it's own boat, electric trolling motor, square back canoe. Canoe through beaver dams to "Black River" 55 miles
of shoreline to explore. Good swimming and exceptional fishing. 35 mins. to Orillia, Gravenhurst or Casino Rama.
Part of QE Provincial Park. Shared facilities Include on paddleboat, horse shoes, bandminton, firepit and wood, 2 kayaks.

2 double beds, plus single bunk beds, and a double pull-out sofa.

Large Bunkie $395. per week (not shown) - 2 double beds
Sleeps 4, for those extra guests, all the kids or grandparents.
Has toilet and fridge but no cooking facilities or running water.
Prices in CDN Dollars. Minimum Booking 1 Week, Weekends in Off Season
Refundable 30% damage deposit required.
Billable long distance. All other utilities included in rates.
