OWNER'S DESCRIPTION: Three bedroom cottage for rent on the scenic Burnt River, 6 miles north of
Fenelon Falls off highway 121 in the Kawarthas. The cottage is equipped with 3 piece bath, pine floor
open concept kitchen and eating area, oversize living room, and 3 bedrooms (double bed in each). Comes
with a television, stereo, DVD, and VHS. A beautiful landscape frontage allows for easy access to the
water for swimming and fishing, with screened-in-porch overlooking the river. Water system is supplied
through a drilled well. The cottage is heated by a forced air furnace for colder months. Minutes from hiking
and biking on the Ganaraska Trail. 10 minutes to Fenelon Falls, 20 minutes to Bobcaygeon,
25 minutes to Lindsay: for shopping, golfing, and dining.
